    Guys,  This collar comes with the thrust washer but keep in mind, the thrust washer is only to be used in models 1998 and later . This is  the most popular replacement front collar Wilton makes. it fits the older generation "Chicago", 940, 945, Schiller Pk.  9400, 101028, 9450, 101033,  C1, Schiller Pk,  and today's 400N, 450N, & 1760, 1765.  The ID is 1 3/8" inside, and 2 1/8" C-C between the screw holes.
